TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKINGS
  • All rentals are based on a first-come-first serve basis.

  • Dioworks reserve the right to reject bookings.

  • Booking is only confirmed upon submission of ANNEX A and full payment.

2. ACTUAL DAY USAGE
  • Access to rented facilities / room is available at least 30 minutes before rental time.

  • No food or beverage is allowed in the room without the prior consent of the management.

*For events that require dining options, please refer to Number 4: Cleaning Fee

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building.

  • Switch off all electrical appliances before leaving the premise.

  • Vacate the room within 15 minutes from the end of the booked period.

3. WEEKEND SURCHARGE
  • An additional fee of $30 applies to all rentals of spaces.

4. OVERSTAY CHARGE
  • A grace period of 15 minutes grace is given for all users to vacate the rented premises. Thereafter, for every 15-minute block of overstay, a charge of $10 is payable.

  • Over-time charges are to be made within 2 working days after the event.

5. CLEANING FEE
  • A payment of $30 as cleaning fee is payable together with full payment upon confirmation of booking.

  • This fee applies to bookings with dining options only.

6. PAYMENT POLICY

7. CHANGE OF DATE POLICY
  • If you change your date or timing of event (for single/block booking), there will be an administrative fee of $10.

  • Any change in date or timing is subjected to room availability.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY
